XCM and EGSH boards report BD_STATUS due to bug of OSN 8800

Issue Description

XCM and EGSH boards report BD_STATUS on OSN 8800.please refer to the attachment.
version :5.51.05.35

when we configure logical board on NMS, it report BD_STATUS ,but the physical board is still there.

Alarm Information

BD_STATUS alarm.

Handling Process

1,we try to reset SCC, it did not work.
2,we try to replace the boards including XCM, it did not work.
3,we try to reset AUX, it did not work.
4, we contact RND,then we told us we can not use two TN51AUX on the same subrack.then we push out the AUX on slot 43, then problem resolved.

Root Cause

1, the board may be broken.
2,logical board type is in correct.
3,bug or limation of some slots.

Suggestions

On 8800T32 subrack, we dont support two AUX on it. it is a bug of 8800, we dont have any version to solve this problem so far. we need to push out one AUX.
