Concept of ACS:
Auto Channel Selection (ACS) is an important function of network device. It means that the network device can selects its own frequency channel based on interference situation, bandwidth usage, and adjacent channel use. this is beneficial when deploying Network units in a new environment or adding an Network unit in an existing environment









How can we check ACS function ?




The ACS function can be
realize when the EUT got interference by other same band signals. So, we need to find a signal source such as signal generator or other 2.4G band device. For our 2.4G wireless Router production, we can use 2.4G wireless Camera bridge (video bridge) to do as interference source.
